The CCC Youth Group exists to bring all students to a deeper relationship with Jesus. Our goal is for the student’s lives to be constantly affected and permanently changed by God. We invite students to choose Jesus as their Savior and consider being a part of His Church. We’ll grow closer to Christ and each other through our weekly ministry as well as other events.
Encounter: Sunday Mornings at 9:15 am
Encounter is our Sunday morning program. Jr. High and Sr. High classes usually meet separately, however, depending on the curriculum, sometimes we combine and meet together in one classroom.
Each week, students will have an interactive activity, along with a challenging lesson from the Bible.
This is a safe environment where students debate hot topics, ask tough questions, and walk away feeling challenged and on fire for Jesus.
Thrive: Wednesday Nights at 6:30 pm
Thrive is our Wednesday night Youth service. At Thrive we have praise and worship, a relevant message, and small group time. This is the service when we encourage students to bring their friends so they can see what Jesus has to say to them. Our goal is to be the friendliest youth group in Missouri!
F.I.S.H.: 1st Sunday of Each Month at 6:00 pm
F.I.S.H. stands for Fellowship In Someone’s Home. This is a time for students to grow closer and build solid, Christian friendships, outside of the church classroom.
The 1st Sunday of each month, we will meet at a different home to eat, laugh and hang out. Occasionally, we’ll venture out for an activity like mini-golf, or scavenger hunts. This is mainly a time for games and fellowship. There is no rhyme or reason — just FUN!
Other Youth Events
The Youth Group at CCC also participates in other events and programs that are not listed here. Some of these include conferences, camps, concerts, lock-ins, retreats, service projects & mission trips.
High School: C.I.Y. MOVE in Lincoln, NE on July 7-13th.
SUMMER CAMP:
